Farmer's Daughter Stuffed Shells
16 ounces jumbo shells
1/2 pound sausage
10 ounces spinach
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon oregano
Alfredo sauce

Cook pasta shells until done. Drain and rinse in cold water.
Cook sausage until brown. Combine sausage, spinach, ricotta cheese, egg, garlic, lemon juice, and parmesan cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
Stuff pasta shells with sausage mixture. Place in 9x13 pan. Top with alfredo sauce and parmesan cheese.
Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
