VAHLING VINEYARDS AND TRIPLE S FARMS PRESENTS The Farmer’s Table – Chicken Around the World!  

Appetizers – Mexican Baked Egg Rolls and Wine

Bring your empty belly! Start with a variety of Award-Winning Wines from Vahling Vineyards and Mexican Baked Egg Rolls. Triple S Farms chicken spiced and diced with green onion and red bell peppers from the garden, sweet corn, black beans and spinach, and topped with jalapenos and Monterey Jack cheese. Can you say, “Finger-lickin’?”

Refreshing Egg Drop Soup This renowned Asian favorite is expertly prepared using Triple S Farms rich chicken broth and Hedgerow Eggs. In China, it’s polite to slurp your soup, so let’s hear it!  

Australian Three Bean Salad Wake up your taste buds with kidney beans, green beans, and lima beans lightly pickled with mixed herbs and onion, served over a crispy bed of greens! Dip a baguette in our delicious herb infused olive oil to complete the bliss!  

Main Course – French Chicken Cordon Bleu La piece de resistance – Triple S Farms ham and Swiss cheese wrapped in Triple S Farms boneless, skinless chicken breasts smothered in a white wine and mushroom sauce, rich and creamy, oh so tasty!   Don’t forget the sides! Scandinavian Roasted Vegetables will make you want to move to Sweden! Parsnips, rutabaga, potatoes, carrots, beets and radishes seasoned and roasted, then topped with a fried egg!  

Need another side? Try our chicken pasta primavera – Pasta primavera is a dish that consists of pasta and fresh vegetables. In 1975, New York chef Sirio Maccioni flew to the Canadian summer home of Italian Baron Carlo Amato, called Shangri-La Ranch located on Robert's Island, Nova Scotia. Triple S Farms is adding our chicken to the mix of zucchini, onion, broccoli, squash, and a handful of other vegies, then mixing in a sauce rich with Parmesan cheese!  

Full yet? We hope not, because here comes dessert! Red Velvet Swirl Brownies – a treat straight out of the good ole’ US of A! And we’re going to enhance the most wonderful brownies in the world with Goat Milk Gellato! So much sweetness!  







Come join us in 2016 for the second in a series of The Farmer's Table dinners. A hyper local event sure to please your pallet, and a chance to socialize with folks from around the area.  It's something we call Food, Fun, and Fellowship. These will be hosted by Vahling Vineyard’s  (vahlingvineyards.com), a local winery known throughout the Midwest.  They are known for their fine wines, having produced many award winning varieties, and their down home hospitality.   Triple S Farms (triplesfarms.com) will be represented by their home grown talents, Chef Jason, and Pit Master Ryan, sons of the Farmer. Their unique talents come together to prepare simple foods that remind you of Grandmas cooking, a true family event.   The Farmer (Stan Schutte) and Vintner (Dennis Vahling) will be available during the evening to answer any questions, or just tell some stories.  It's sure to be a Friday date night you’ll never forget.   These will be small intimate events.

Tickets are $55.00 each.  Includes meal, entertainment, and first glass of wine, in a souvenir glass nonetheless.  Additional alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase from Vahling's assortment.

Tickets are first come, first serve.  They are limited to 30 seats per dinner, so don't hesitate, as they will sell out fast!
