It’s back to school time at our house and we already have what I am calling the “back to school virus” making its way around the house. Now it’s my turn! The last thing I want to worry about when I’m sick is what I’m going to make for dinner. I am so glad I recently made a huge batch of my Ultimate Meatballs. I always make at least 3 batches of meatballs at once and then freeze them so that I can have them on hand when I need something quick and easy.
Who doesn’t love a big plate of spaghetti and meatballs?
My Ultimate Meatballs are so versatile and cans be used in a variety of cuisines. The first time I ever made meatballs, I made Swedish Meatballs for a 6th grade project. Those Swedish Meatballs earned me the first praise I had ever received for cooking!
Just add your favorite BBQ sauce and throw in the oven for a quick snack or meal. How easy is that?!
There are so many ways to enjoy my Ultimate Meatballs! You could add your favorite buffalo wing sauce or a sticky teriyaki sauce. You could cut them in half and use on your homemade pizzas. You could add enchilada sauce, top with cheese and serve over Spanish rice for a Tex-Mex entree. Add them to soups, like Italian Wedding soup.
